Job Description


  1. Marketing Activities
  • Branding - Protect and enhance the brands’ image following company guideline. Support the implementation of SEE brand.
  • Integrated Marketing Communications Development and Implementation. 
  • Work with APAC Marcomms team to develop compelling messaging and multimedia content for prioritized programs across the India sub-continent.
  • Plan optimal activation of content and assets across multiple touchpoints/platforms/systems, to generate leads. Touchpoints include but not limited to: advertising, PR, digital and social, internal and external events, sales collateral enablement tools.
  • Drive the analysis, reporting and optimization the performance of marketing communications programs to stakeholders
  • Event management. - Manage internal and external marketing events (tradeshows / seminars / conferences), including but not limited to theme defining, comprehensive briefings on ad-hoc basis, creative booth graphic design, sample and materials preparation, logistic coordination, onsite supervision, leads collection and analysis, event report and so on.
  • Digital Initiatives – Manage content on local website and digital/social media campaigns. Drive traffic enhance SEO and drive engagement. Manage content management platform (ShowPad).
  • Support Sales Funnel - Coordinate projects programs review with sales, following up on progress and updates on regular basis.
  • Sales support tools – Sales enablement tools, sector and product specific value propositions, presentations
  • Customer Satisfaction – Program tracking, measuring, implementing experience enhancement matrix.
  • Industry Engagement – Identify and engage with industry bodies to drive concepts and acceptance of packaging concepts


  1. Internal Communication
  • Act as interface between portfolio and regional communications.
  • Information dissemination to internal team members to enable them to get their task done
  • Support GTM strategy execution and product launches


  1. Commercial Intelligence
  • Evaluating the industry landscape for business trends. Engaging with industry bodies etc for mapping the new opportunities and effort for being thought leader
  • Market, competitive & customer intelligence.


  1. Customer specific Presentations & Reports
  • Coordinate and prepare – customer presentations.
  • Performance reports for customer for account reviews and as per business need


  • Minimum Science Graduate with Degree in Digital Marketing
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing activities, Marketing plan execution. Creating & managing digital content for a product manufacturing company.
  • Industry – Food/ Packaging/Fulfilment/ FMCG
