Job Description

 

Lead and manage the service of the company’s equipment platforms within the defined geographical area.  Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales and service revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of service personnel.  The main responsibilities are to manage the service personnel in technical attributes, account development and managing assets. 

 

  • Introduce innovative existing solutions to regional customers to optimize operational efficiency and product protection.
  • Train the regional TPS staff using best practices in account development, customer satisfaction and brand promotion
  • Develop required local service level strategies to assure they are in line with national service standards and regional customer needs.  
  • Promote multiple cross-product opportunities and projects.
  • Interact with national and regional sales, distributors, manufacturing, marketing, sales coordinators and customer service to enable an appropriate level of customer support.
  • Coordinate installs within the region to ensure efficiencies of resources and labor hours.
  • Track and communicate issues affecting our regional customers. Take ownership with engineering, marketing and the local sales team.
  • Develop metrics to monitor the success of the regional service strategy for all customers and programs. 
  • Identify and communicate with local customer contacts on the success of our service levels. 
  • Develop Sales in the regional business through the selling of equipment, customer projects and leveraging customer relationships.
  • Manage regional Technical Packaging Specialists to grow sales and protect SEE business interest. 
  • Work with marketing to provide feedback on markets, sales trends and customer feedback to assist in the building of the Sealed Air brand.

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS Degree; MBS preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in people or project management
  • 3+ years of MS Office Suite
  • 2+ years of sales
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel 50-60% (3 days per week)
