Job Description

Responsibilities and authorization:

  • Order handling for all regions assigned to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg for the Product Care Division
  • Monitor and communicate the status of open orders and Returned Goods (RGA) and backorders with all relevant parties 
  • Monitor, administrate and communicate status of installs, trials and removals of equipment with all relevant parties. 
  • Perform daily / weekly and monthly SAP transactions to ensure correct administration and billing. SAP transaction as described on check-list. 
  • Handle and or communicate with relevant parties on customers who report equipment failures 
  • Back-up for colleague(s) in the Benelux. 
  • Be a back-up for the creation of general documentation and quotations 


  • Fluency/ native in Dutch language and English; 
  • Knowledge of French/ German language would be an asset
  • Experience in customer service and selling products;
  • Skilled with SAP 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to solve problems on one’s own;
  • Enthusiasm and dedication;
