Job Summary:

 

Reporting to the Director of Sales – Benelux and working as part of the secretarial department, this dual role is responsible for providing sales support for the Benelux sales team and providing administrative support for the secretarial department. 

 

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Sales Support: 
    • Preparing quotations for customers and follow-up of contracts
    • Providing translations for brochures, websites and videos, among other things
    • Organizing meetings
    • Supporting administrative tasks for the Sales Director and the sales team, such as preparing and maintaining price lists, generating sales reports, C4C support,
    • Supporting marketing activities

 

  • Administrative/Secretarial Support:
    • Supporting reception duties and answering phone calls
    • Distributing incoming/outgoing mail
    • Organizing and maintaining central reception area, meeting rooms, canteen, etc.
    • Coordinating travel and event arrangements (ie- arranging cabs, rental cars, hotel bookings, organizing staff parties, etc.
    • Providing back-up support for cross-functional teams as needed
       

What does the ideal candidate look like?

 

  • The ideal candidate would have a higher education credentials and directly related work experience preferably providing administrative support for sales teams in a corporate environment.
  • The individual should also be an effective communicatior, must be bi-lingual in English and Dutch, and have a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with SAP is a plus.
