Job Description

MISSION

Manage direct and non-direct sales of Food Packaging solutions and relationships with existing customers and some Key Customers.

Develop opportunities for new business from the existing customers and potential new customers in his/her markets area.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop existing customers in their markets.
  • Develop and implement our Company’s Key Growth Sales Programs.
  • Keep on updating his/her own products knowledge, understanding of the Company and the value of said products in our target markets
  • Cooperate with internal functions to develop packaging solutions that aim to satisfy our customers’ requests.
  • Develop relationships, lead and negotiation skills into existing customers and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

SKILLS

  • University Degree or Completed higher Vocational School with Diploma (e.g. HTL for food technology, HAK )
  • Knowledge of protective and industrial packaging in food, ideally knowledge in cheese industry
  • 3 years field sales experience.
  • Willingness and ability to apply Company's strategy and objectives
  • Ability in building and leading tailor made and customer oriented projects.
  • Capability of managing modern, multinational structured Companies
  • Strong aptitude for negotiation and customers management
  • Willing to travel across his/her area and the whole national and international territory.
  • Good knowledge of English ( written and spoken),
  • Residence area: Austria / West Austria
  • Practical experience in business administration would be an advantage
