1.   Responsibility for servicing customers from Ukraine.
2.   Receiving and processing orders from customers.
3.   Order entry, checking production status, sending materials and invoices to the client.
4.   Verification of orders, transfer of confirmation to the client.
5.   Handling customer complaints, issuing corrective invoices.
6.   Close cooperation with the Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality and Accounting Departments.


1.   Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian.
2.   Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
3.   Working experience in the customer service department - min. 1 year.
4.   Knowledge of the SAP system will be an asset.
5.   Accuracy at work.
