Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications - Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with the consumer laws - Develops organizationwide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers - Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys


•    Receive and process Customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture)
•    Oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the Customer has received satisfaction.
•    Negotiate with Production for the availability of goods and communicate the outcome.   
•    Communicate with Customers and/or Account Managers on matters concerning placed orders.
•    Expedite late orders and the communication of this information.
•    Act as a central communication medium between Sales/Logistics and other relevant departments of Sealed Air.
•    Prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis.
•    Be able to go and visit Customers together with Sales. 


•    Fluency in Czech, Polish and English
•    Experience with SAP would be a benefit
•    Able to work well within a team but also able to act individually to resolve matters.
•    Strong sense of initiative, enthusiastic, customer-focused with accurate data entry and computer skills.
•    Pleasant professional telephone manner and an ability to relate well with people at all levels in the organization. 
•    Possession of well-developed communication skills both verbal and written is an essential quality as is the tenacity to follow through on matters to a satisfactory conclusion. 
•    Should have the ability to deal with both internal and external customers, possessing strong attention to detail focus. 
•    Demonstrates self-awareness
•    Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency
•    Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
•    Capable to build collaborative relationships
