Mission

This person will be the reference in terms of extrusion technology and rheology for the Regional Engineering Group. He/She will design and execute extrusion projects ensuring partnership and alignment with Global Extrusion Platform Team.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives and execution plan.
Design engineering including specification development, material and equipment specification.
Control fabrication and construction scope development and follow up.
Deliver safe, operable, reliable system.
Coordinate commissioning activities.
Manage project controls including estimating, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
Meet quality assurance in engineering, fabrication, and safety & environmental aspects of the project.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Chemistry.
Min 5 years of experience in extrusion design, plastic industry.
Knowledge of resins and rheology.
Ability to work in International teams and result oriented
Time management skills
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic
Highly self-motivated and self-starter
Curiosity to learn new processes and techniques
Project Management skills
Fluency in English
Availability to travel often within Europe and occasionally outside
MS office and AutoCAD skills
