Provides maintenance activities to our fleet of equipment installed at our customers.
Install our packaging solutions, assist customers during post- sales phase in resolving any technical issue, equipment breakdown.
Actively contribute to the promotion of our equipment range, SEE(TM) Smart Services and Spare Parts sales in order to meet company financial objectives. 



  • Provides maintenance, installation and upgrades for fleet of SEE equipment and defined partner Equipment.
  • Evaluates customer needs, defines their expectations, plans and organizes service, maintenance or installation work.
  • Evaluates, troubleshoots and recommends repairs, replacement, corrective actions of systems and equipment. 
  • Cooperates with Equipment Customer Service, in recommending to customers spares parts needed to keep equipment efficiency at best, following any service / maintenance activity
  • Provides customers with training on equipment basic maintenance
  • Pursues SEE(TM) Smart Services sales and Spare Parts sales to customers to meet Company financial objectives.  
  • Proactively seeks to generate Company revenues in Services and Spare parts sales
  • Ensures all activities are in compliance with company, regional, and customer standards, policies and procedures and Safety Rules.
  • Maintains open communication with Systems & Integration, Application & System promotion engineers to ensure all information involving the project and customer activities is communicated and shared.
  • Shares any technical issues met or solved in the field within the team and with the Equipment Machine Experts collegues based at CSC (Customer Systems Center) in Switzerland.
  • Manages specific projects as Team Leader or Team Member, ensuring timely progress for projects, analyzing data regarding equipment performance, maintenance, replacements, corrective actions, customer needs and other project elements.
  • Record any activity into our CRM platform.



  • Degree in Electromechanical Engineering 
  • High and low voltage certification 
  • Excellent reading capability of electrical and pneumatic diagrams
  • Knowledge of PLC (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
  • Previous experience in field technical service is a must
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of kinematics, mechanical and electrical drives, and general industrial equipment manufacturing processes are required. 
  • Knowledge of vacuum processes, materials thermal / physical properties is a plus

  • Strong hands-on attitude particularly on mechanical side which represent at least 70% of daily working
  • Client-, service- and solution-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Fluent in Italian and in English
  • Available to travel extensively and/or work outside normal time is a must.
  • Able to cope with a wide range of situations and prioritize and manage activities in a demanding environment
  • Mature, diplomatic, flexible, teamwork minded and able to manage deadline.
  • Methodical and organized approach to task execution, ability to anticipate
  • Available to travel sometimes outside Italy if needed.
  • Driving license is a must.
