Job Description
  1. Responsible for quality control, follow on standardize before send FGs to customers.
  2. Ensure outgoing reports prepared on time; COA/COC for product and outsource products.
  3. Manage all customer complaint, coordinate internally-externally when quality problems occur.
  4. Follow up corrective action with related departments and close the customer complaint timely.  
  5. Ensure outgoing reports prepared on time; COA/COC for product and outsource products.
  6. Support planning team on FA check and verification.
  7. Perform work according to the orders of the supervisor and report  problems /abnormal to supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. High vocational certificate or higher education
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in process control (QC or QA)
  3. Knowledge ISO 9001: 2015 will be advantaged.
  4. Computer literate and competent in MS Office applications.
  5. Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  6. Able to communicate in English both verbal and written.
  7. Proactive and independent, fast learner and posses good initiative.
