Senior Customer Service Partner

  • To act as company’s first point of contact with assigned key/JIT customers on customer service.
  • To liaise with production planner on order acknowledgement, production schedule & schedule changes.
  • To coordinate with Logistic Dept. on shipment & delivery to the customers.
  • Customer relationships through proactive customer communication related to order management e.g., product availability, order status and delivery tracking. Coordinate with vendor’s production line to ensure production plan completion in case of emergency.
  • To handle customer enquiries, reports & complaints.
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process i.e., new part number creation.
  • Coordinate with supplier for sample request. 
  • Invoice issue resolution including payment issue.
  • To provide training to the team by ensuring departmental objectives are achieved.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
  • Has no formal managerial responsibility, but may provide guidance to colleagues (e.g., provides coaching, assigns work, provides input into hiring decisions and evaluating performance).


  • Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft tools
  • Fluent in English as a business language - written and verbal is an advantage
  • Manufacturing work experience is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Communication skills
