Job Description

- Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment - Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse - Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures - Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space - Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment

  • Abwicklung von Maschinen- und Linienbestellungen unserer Schwestergesellschaften
  • Sie kontrollieren und überwachen den Auftragsbestand
  • Sie terminieren und koordinieren die Liefertermine und fassen bei Lieferverspätungen nach
  • Koordination von Projekten im Rahmen des Aufgabenbereiches
  • Sie organisieren die Transporte weltweit und erstellen die notwendigen Versanddokumente

Kurzbeschreibung

 

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Min. 2 Jahre Export- Erfahrung (eidg. Fachausweis für Außenhandels- /Exportfachleute von Vorteil)
  • Verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich), weitere Sprachen von 
  • Vorteil
  • Anwenderkenntnisse von MS Office, insbesondere Excel, erforderlich, SAP/R3 (Auftragsabwicklung) von Vorteil
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken sowie eine effiziente und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Freude und Bereitschaft in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten, hohe Belastbarkeit
