Job Description
- Recruitment (recruiter for supply chain operators / local HR, interviewer for professional role working with TA) - hiring, on-boarding and terminations processes
- Training & Development; Arrange compulsory trainings (Sexual harassment prevention training, Industrial Safety and Health training and others),
- new employee orientation and Group onsite training with local providers when required
- Overall C&B - Payroll, Administer Employee Benefit programs
- HRIS system management (working with superuser for Korea)
- Administer and manage Employee’s leave entitlements system (Excel)
- Manage HR files in office
- Contracting corporate cars for eligible employees
- Support HR Projects/Initiatives at the regional/global level
- AOP preparation for HR budget working with local finance
- Support the Performance Management process (Goal Setting/Review/Merit Increase) and Band promotion
- Arrange periodic company events (Outing, Annual Dinner)
- Duties of Office Administrator including ordering office supplies and drink for canteen, Envelop/business card/company paper bags, arranging flights, hotel, issuing a certificate, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in general Human Resources services including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Development, Engagement and Retention initiatives.
- Some experience in Recruitment
- Experience as a Superuser with HRIS systems, (Success Factors an advantage)
- Must be detailed focused.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ethics
- Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx, etc.
- Abe to write and document Letters, Policies and procedures.
- Good English language skills in both written and oral speaking
