Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategy including value selling model,
  • Design, execute and evaluate long term and short term integrated marketing and sales campaign for various revenue streams,
  • Source and manage relationships with and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced providers,
  • Manage the sales team to achieve delivery of revenue, profit, working capital performance across the full range of products, equipment, and services,
  • Develop, implement and manage Key Account Management strategy,
  • Develop, negotiate and win long term profitable and sustainable business, 
  • Improve systems and processes to maximize business intelligence,
  • Coach and develop the team to build a strong talent pipeline and foster a high- performance culture, 
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Key Requirements


  • MBA, BS, BA in technology, business or a related degree preferred, 
  • Desirable post-graduation,
  • Fluent English capability.

Job Experiences

  • Proven ability and experience managing and leading high-performance sales and business development teams,
  • Proven ability to work as part of a senior management to develop and implement commercial strategy,
  • Leadership experiences in sales management with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance, 
  • The ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategy and implementing the strategy to achieve pre-set objectives as determined by the sales and marketing plan,
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and skills to build new channels to market either directly or through strategic partnerships,
  • Experience in managing budgets effectively, financial reporting, setting up effective metrics and business processes.

Additional Requirements

  • Business travel as needed, around 50% of time to visit customers.
