Role Summary

An exciting job opportunity has arisen in Sealed Air Greater China maketing team, the Marketing Communications Manager will be assisting senior Marketing Communications Manager in creating meaningful, engaging contents and experiences, enhance Sealed Air’s reputation and facilitate business growth. The person will also collaborate with internal and external teams to execute marketing communications programs and campaigns online and offline, as well as support the virtual experience development and the digital operation of Packforum (customer experience center).

Sealed Air provides flexible way of working for our employees base on the nature of each role, this role will be located in Shanghai Qingpu site and the successful candidate is entitled to 2 days work from home benefit.

Job Responsibilities


  • Protect and enhance the brands’ image following company guideline. Support the roll-out of refreshed SEE brand across China.

Omni-channel Content Development and Activation

  • Develop compelling messaging and multimedia content for prioritized programs in alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Plan optimal activation of content and assets across multiple touchpoints / platforms /systems, including but not limited to: advertising, PR, digital and social, internal and external events, sales enablement tools.
  • Drive the analysis, reporting and optimization of the performance of marketing communications programs.

Online and Offline Event Management

  • Organize internal and external events (tradeshows / seminars / conferences / livestreaming) from idea formulation to implementation, including but not limited to theme defining, event-specific content development, agency briefing, sample and materials preparation, logistic coordination, onsite supervision, leads collection, analysis, event report, etc.

Digital Operation

  • Manage China websites, social accounts and MarComm databases. Drive traffic and engagement to external-oriented platforms. Support the virtual experience project of Packforum (customer experience center) and its digital operation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years experiences in corresponding, media or agency experience as a plus
  • Digital and Martech experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, verbal and written
  • Strong ownership and proactive, good follow-up/deadline management skills
  • Clear thinking and effective communication
  • Willing to learn and comfortable in multi-tasking environment; can handle pressure
  • Able to work under multinational and multicultural environment
  • Proven record in project management excellence
  • Being skillful with MS Office Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Office 365; being skillful with Adobe Illustrator CC and Photoshop would be a plus
