POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic talent advisor and manage the full life cycle recruitment process for Sealed Air across the Asia Pacific region.  The successful individual will need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, credibility and a history of achieving results.  The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for using innovative sourcing strategies to attract the most qualified candidate for each position in a timely manner.  The incumbent will partner with the HR Partner and Business Leaders to determine critical hiring needs for the future and build a pipeline of passive candidates.  The individual will be focused on ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.  The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will build external networks and relationships with a focus on bringing best practice techniques to Sealed Air and overcoming challenging recruiting situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build relationships with HR Partners and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs, devise and execute effective recruiting strategies and provide a central source of support and knowledge to the business on talent acquisition related activities
  • Manage all phases of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, assessing & selecting candidates, negotiating & presenting offers and finalizing hires
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates including screening, timely feedback and onboarding and ensure that every candidate has a positive candidate experience
  • Develops strong understanding of Sealed Air business, competitive landscape and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
  • Attend trade shows and other networking events to develop & maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Maximize professional network, organizations, publications & self-development to stay informed of recruiting trends, techniques and best practice to enable Sealed Air to be at the forefront of talent initiatives/practices ensuring that we become an Employer ofChoice
  • Take ownership of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition approval to day one onboarding
  • Provide training and support as needed to hiring managers and HR
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate requirements, agree on the sourcing strategy, train/discuss the recruiting processes, align on communication method & frequency, etc.
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates and provide feedback to hiring manager based on communication plan agreed upon during intake session
  • Provide an overview of the Sealed Air business, employee benefits, opportunities for development and create a compelling vision to potential candidates about Sealed Air
  • Develop and train managers on effective use of behavioral interview guides to ensure consistency and candidate qualifications, technical skillset, cultural fit and overall eligibility for the role
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews, feedback and post-interview Hiring Manager debriefs for all positions being worked on directly or on in conjunction with 3rd party agencies/search firms, escorting applicants to interviews as required
  • Partner with HR Partner, Compensation and Hiring Manager to create and communicate competitive offer to candidate
  • Work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to collect and provide post-screen, post-interview feedback to candidates in a timely fashion
  • Maintain accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews and candidates through Success Factors (ATS) to ensure an ‘audit-ready’ posture at all times
  • Focus on continuous improvement of all stages of the candidate & hiring manager experience – identify opportunity areas, recommend solutions and be part of the implementation
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years’ experience recruiting in a corporate environment
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong business acumen and relationships building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute a recruiting strategy using innovative sourcing methods based on the job requirements
  • Experience managing a high volume recruiting workload (25+ openings)
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit for all levels of the organization
  • Highly collaborative, responsive and excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused and ensures highest level of customer & hiring manager satisfaction
  • Ability to successfully recruit in an environment focused on driving accountability using data analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to build networks and leverage external best practices to build a talent pipeline
  • Up to date on progressive recruiting methods and uses to identify & recruit talent
  • Displays Sealed Air core competencies: Customer Obsessed, Ownership Mentality, Agile through Adversity and Never Totally Satisfied
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring employees
  • Proven track record of success in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
