SUMMARY OF POSITION

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, you will report directly to the Senior TA Partner in Asia.  You will primarily be responsible for ensuring the processes, systems and data analytics are in place to ensure a strong candidate experience across the Asia Pacific region.  You will serve as a functional talent acquisition expert, responsible for managing day to day oversight of the Success Factors Recruiting and Onboarding systems, creating and administering training programs for talent acquisition systems and processes, and ensuring the organization has access to line of sight analytics and talent acquisition metrics designed and used to promote candidate & hiring manager satisfaction.  You will also provide support to our Early Career Talent Team as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serving as the functional talent acquisition operations expert for the respective region.
  • Day to day administration and management of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding system to ensure excellent end user experience, analytics, efficiencies and continuous improvement.
  • Participating on global talent acquisition projects to provide functional input and expertise related to talent acquisition systems and processes.
  • Takes appropriate measures to ensure data within the Success Factors Applicant Tracking System is accurate, complete and of high quality to improve global reporting and analytical capability.
  • Designing, planning and administering training programs for talent acquisition systems and processes for the region.
  • Identifying and implementing new tools, functionality and systems that promote efficiency and continuous improvement for talent acquisition systems and processes.  Measure effectiveness of tools & resources and implement appropriate measures as needed to improve effectiveness.
  • Leveraging available analytics tools (Recruiting Effectiveness Diagnostic, SuccessFactors, 3D Cube) to measure recruiting effectiveness for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Performing ad hoc reporting and data analysis supporting global initiatives as needed.
  • Leading and/or supporting small to medium projects and assist key stakeholder(s) with large scale projects throughout the planning, development, configuration, testing, implementation and change management of new or modified reporting systems/tools necessary to meet business needs.
  • Managing vendor relationships as assigned which may include but are not limited to organizational affiliations, integration partners, and external recruiting agencies.
  • Partner closely with and support stakeholders in the regions, establishes processes to capture feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Laisse with other regional TA Operations teams to share best practices and problem solve.
  • Support TA team and HR Operations with campus recruiting efforts within the region
  • Ensure appropriate processes and tools are in place to manage external agency spend and vendor selection. 
  • Process regional TA invoice payments including setting up vendors in finance system, coding for payment and submitting for approval
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or HR related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of directly related work experience is required.
  • Previous experience creating and administering training programs
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems is required; SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding is preferred
  • Previous vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin languages.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

  • Working knowledge of ATS system design and implementation is highly desired.
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with early talent programs and planning.
  • Working knowledge of HR data analytics and metrics is required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate to advanced level proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset with a focus on internal & external customers
  • Strong analytical skills with proven attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong problem-solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve in a timely manner

  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders to understand the business and make improvements to enhance the recruiter, candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules
