Job Description

  • 达成年度新开发客户的销售业绩目标,完成既有客户的销售业绩目标及成长
  • 猎获新的市场机会,并不断扩大不同行业潜在大客户和成交客户的数量
  • 和潜在和成交客户的决策人保持紧密联系,发展良好的客情关系,并理解其决策机制
  • 根据公司的商务政策完整实施客户合同的商讨与签订,跟踪合同的实施和收款
  • 依据行业成功案例,分析、收集、推广、深挖机会和汇总
  • 计划每周/每月的销售活动以及销售预测
  • 完成区域内客户订单的日常维护,销售合同以及售后服务等工作


  • 本科学历,市场营销和包装专业优先
  • 有连续的3年左右的销售经验(有包装方案销售经验优先)
  • 有独立完成的成功的销售案例,最近连续的2年负责的销售业绩保持增长。
  • 有积极独立的销售特性,善于学习,能够挖掘新行业或新项目
  • 具备团队的合作和沟通能力
  • 具备为实现个人提升和成功而主动积极鞭策自己潜力的意愿
  • 食品行业有一定的资源优先,具备基本的英语沟通能力
  • 具备驾驶能力优先
