Job Description

Responsible for minimum standard rate production that exceeds with current market quality needs. Coordinating all activities relating to machine operation, material requirements and changeover to assure full utilization of Rollstock machines.

Expert Level / C Shift / Maize Line

Responsibilities

Run Laminate Extrusion lines.
Startup and shutdown lines.
Obtain material needed for shift.
Perform QCs and SOCs for lines.
Complete control charts and enter production data into computer.
Complete scrap tickets/ weight scrap.
Check fill dusters when applicable
Guiding attendant in duties.

Qualifications

Education:

Highschool Diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

1-3 years of manufacturing experience / Extrusion operator experience
Computer knowledge
1-2 years of Windows applications experience preferred
Radiation Certification for running the Barney Equipment.
