Job Description

Responsible for setting up and running 10 color quick changeover flexographic printing presses and producing a quality product according to department procedures and standards. Works safely and follows all department and plant safety rules.

Responsibilities

Performs pre-setup checks to ensure orders are prepared to outlined specifications.
Sets-up machine according to department procedures and perform all required quality checks.
Makes necessary adjustments to the machine while in production, perform quality checks required while in production, and help with other job task required to keep machine in production.
Keeps up with incoming raw materials and material produced on machine.
Completes all required department paperwork.
Troubleshoots printing issues and escalates to department management in a timely manner.
Ensures that housekeeping on press and surrounding areas are clean and WPO standards are followed.
Notifies maintenance and department management of all repairs needed on equipment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years of experience
Computer knowledge; 1-2 years of windows applications experience.
