Job Description

The role of CI Training Coordinator at Sealed Air will Develop, Implement, and Maintain the company EAT (Engineering Analytical Training) training process to support new and existing employees acquire new skills, knowledge, and attitude to meet the demands of the organization and help Sealed Air St. Neots achieve its challenging goals

Responsibilities:

  • Support the site transformation towards a best in class manufacturing facility
  • Become the site expert in the Sealed Air EAT training process (training and support will be provided).
  • Develop and maintain a bespoke training system for the site manufacturing team that includes both new starters and existing colleagues that incorporates a hierarchy of development standards to be met
  • Work alongside the site team to identify gaps in skills and competencies in order to provide focused training where required, improving overall site safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Schedule and maintain training records, including compliance and food safety training, for the site team
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by scheduling and participating in post-training assessments, analyzing performance data, and seeking feedback from participants and trainers
  • Generate and maintain KPIs related to the EAT Training Program
  • Have a results driven mindset towards training, to support the site deliver performance targets, such as ZERO Harm, Flawless Quality, Output, Yield and OTC
  • Review, together with the relevant subject matter experts for each area, the existing SOPs, Risk Assessments and other documentation to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Be able to build strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders and be able to work collaboratively with them to achieve organizational goals
  • Be exceptionally well organised, methodical, focused and committed to providing a robust development mindset
  • Demonstrable negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Innovative and passionate about progressing self and others
  • Action orientated individual, self-motivated and willing to learn and deliver results
  • Natural communicator with a bias for action
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Package (Excel / PPT / Word / SharePoint)

 

Desired criteria

  • Previous experience coordinating Training in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge in the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies on a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience delivering Continuous Improvements Training
