Job Description

 

Assist the Autobag Sales organization with daily administrative activities as needed to enhance sales productivity.  Work directly with internal departments including Customer Service, Pre-Art, Pricing Team, Product Management, Field Service and SEE SFS support teams to coordinate sales activities.

 

  • Provide daily cross functional administrative support to the Field and Inside sales teams.  Support areas include bids and proposals, art spec sheets, machinery quote forms, machinery order forms, virtual demo request form, generating Systems Advantage agreements and management of field demo inventory.  Coordinate the communications between internal departments and the BDM Field Sales and Inside Sales teams on general inquiries (i.e. quality issues, expedite requests, order status, etc).
  • Provide the Field Sales and Insides Sales teams with CRM support, training and ensuring compliance with published CRM standards.  Perform ongoing proactive maintenance on all areas within the CRM to ensure data quality and accuracy.  Create queries and reports to measure business results and field compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on customer visits, demos, sales meetings, tours, IPA’s with emphasis on the customer experience.  Assist VP & RSD’s with presentations and various other administrative activities as needed.  Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure items from checklist are completed.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum knowledge, education, skills, abilities and work experience necessary to perform this role.
  • Associates degree in Business (Bachelors degree preferred).  
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Knowledge and use of IFS and CRM systems a plus.  
  • 3-4 years of similar work experience in a Sales/Marketing environment.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Self-starter who takes initiative.  
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
