¿Qué harás como Credit & Collections Analyst en Sealed Air?

La persona para este rol en Sealed Air es esencial para garantizar el flujo de efectivo saludable de la compañía. Utilizarás tu experiencia para administrar eficientemente la cartera de clientes, asegurar la correcta aplicación de pagos y apoyar la toma de decisiones financieras. Trabajarás con herramientas como SAP y plataformas de automatización para elaborar reportes claros, resolver disputas y asegurar la continuidad operativa del negocio.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

  • Para gestionar la cartera de cuentas por cobrar, alineando a todos los actores del proceso.

  • Para verificar periódicamente las cuentas de los clientes y actualizar los datos maestros en el ERP.

  • Para garantizar la correcta entrega de facturas y su integración en las plataformas de los clientes.

  • Para enviar periódicamente los estados de cuenta y coordinar instrucciones de aplicación de pagos.

  • Para establecer límites de crédito y condiciones de pago a nuevos clientes, según las políticas internas.

  • Para negociar planes de pago y gestionar notas de crédito cuando sea necesario.

  • Para monitorear facturas próximas a vencer e integrarlas en el pronóstico de cobranza.

  • Para identificar y depurar saldos, resolviendo disputas en colaboración con otras áreas.

  • Para colaborar con el equipo de ventas en la recuperación efectiva de saldos vencidos.

  • Para explicar los movimientos en las cuentas de clientes (facturas, notas de crédito y débito).

  • Para mantener una actitud proactiva con alto enfoque en servicio al cliente, ética de trabajo y sentido de urgencia.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?

 

  • Conocimiento en el uso de ERP (SAP, SBO, JDE).

  • Dominio de MS Office.

  • Habilidad analítica para resolver problemas y depurar saldos.

  • Deseable experiencia previa en áreas de Contabilidad o Finanzas.
