¿Qué harás como Representate de Servio al Cliente?

Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente serás responsable de atender a los clientes internos y externos, así como de realizar otras tareas en el área, como recibir, verificar e ingresar pedidos en el sistema hasta que el pedido sea entregado al cliente.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

  • Porque con tus excelentes habilidades de comunicación, nos ayudarás a recibir, verificar e ingresar pedidos en el sistema, así como darle seguimiento de pedidos para clientes internos y externos.
  • Tu comunicación asertiva nos ayudará a contribuir en la solución de quejas de clientes internos y externos.
  • Tu nivel de organización te permitirá documentar los pedidos recibidos y los anexos de los clientes internos / externos adjuntándolos al sistema.
  • Tu capacidad de análisis y proactividad nos ayudará a verificar e ingresar facturas, notas de crédito, notas de débito y devoluciones en el sistema, monitoreando su avance hasta su emisión según lo indique la gerencia.
  • Realizarás los procesos establecidos por la dirección del departamento, documentando sus respectivos conductores y demás controles.
  • Tu voluntad de trabajo en equipo nos ayudará a colaborar con todos los departamentos para cumplir con los plazos y políticas de la empresa.

¿Qué habilidades te ayudarán a tener éxito?

  • Paquete de Office y sólidas habilidades informáticas.
  • Haber trabajado con una herramienta CRM o ERP.
  • Inglés (deseable)
