Job Description

- Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand - Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature - Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials - Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing - Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations - Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

Responsibilities

Ensure the continuous improvement of industrial equipment maintenance processes, in order to provide support to the quantity and quality of services towards production and the profitability of the business.
Ensure the optimization of costs, raising awareness among the personnel under their charge about the use of best practices that avoid waste in supplies, materials, electricity and other resources, as well as the best use of the work time of the collaborators.
Actively participate in the improvement initiatives implemented in the plant and promote the participation of our collaborators.

Qualifications

Electronic, Electrical Engineer.
Knowledge Industrial electricity
PLC's programming
Distributed electronic control system.
AC motor control systems
DC motor control systems
Low and high voltage substations and physical land
Cooling systems (optional)
Variable speed drives and servomotor
Fluent English.
