Job Description




  • Fault diagnosis and repairs at customers' premises
  • Maintenance and service during warranty and service contracts
  • Telephone customer service
  • Edit service reports
  • Independent planning of visits and tours
  • Daily consultation with the members of the Sales Team, the Customer Service Team and the CEO
  • Installation / product demonstrations at customers and interested parties
  • Training of the operating personnel and technicians at the customer's site
  • Promotion/sales of service contracts and partnership programmes
  • Receiving customer enquiries and complaints of all kinds in a friendly and professional manner, enabling the best possible and efficient customer service
  • Spare parts sales
  • Regular and continuous customer support to better know and understand customer needs, to explore new expansion opportunities for the company and to gain a better understanding of customers' future intentions and needs
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9002 certified procedures: Customer complaints, quality assurance measures and over/under/short handling




  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate and completed craft/technical training
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 1-2 years of experience as a technical employee
  • Driving licence for passenger car (truck up to 12t desirable)
  • Good knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
