Job description

 

Service Coordinator is evaluating and prioritizing customer requests for repair and maintenance and this coordinating the daily planning of the Field Service Teams in Benelux and DACH.

Activities

 

  • Coordinating the daily planning of the Field Service Teams in Benelux and DACH.
  • Fault diagnosis and repairs at customers' premises
  • Technical telephone support for customer
  • Daily consultation with the members of the Sales Team, the Customer Service Team
  • Training of the operating personnel and technicians at the customer's site
  • Promotion/sales of service contracts and partnership programmes

Qualifications

 

  • Technical education
  • English and German language required
  • Previous experience as field service technician or coordinator would be an asset
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuation, teamwork
  • Ability to travel internationally
