Job Summary
Familiar with the whole process of molded paper pulp production, with certain experience in building production systems; Familiar with dry or wet pressing experience, paper plup molding machine operation and debugging; Be responsible for production site management, formulate work plans, complete all work tasks and targets on time with quality and quantity guaranteed, and comprehensively promote EHS work.
What does an MPP Production Engineer do?
- Be responsible for production management, formulate operation procedures and work processes, and complete work tasks and targets on time with quality and quantity guaranteed;
- Comprehensive management of production equipment, facilities, production, materials, finished goods warehousing and production environment, and control of production process and production discipline implementation
- Responsible for formulating the annual budget of the department, controlling the production cost, and effectively and reasonably reducing the production cost.
- Be responsible for the management and training of employees and the filling of relevant production reports
- Respond to production abnormalities in a timely manner, track problems found in a timely manner, and put forward reasonable suggestions
- Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality
- Cooperate with the superior EHS team to comprehensively promote the development of employees' EHS localization
Qualification
- College degree or above, with unlimited majors.
- More than 3 years of production or engineering management experience in the molded paper pulp industry, with industry experience preferred.
- good command of English in both oral and writing, good computer skills.
