What a Quality, EHS Manger do?

Designs, implements, and improves programs, activities and initiatives aimed at preventing EHS incidents, complying with applicable regulations, and drive site's EHS performance towards World Class levels. Leads the implementation of Corporate Global EHS Standards within the Aneby organization. Ensures compliance of the Operation with Corporate EHS requirements and Swedish legal requirements by continuous cooperation with all Aneby functions (primarily plant manager, production, maintenance, logistics).

  • To use your talent to ensure the entire Aneby Operation has all the time a regularly updated, complex, comprehensive Risk Assessment.
  • To sue your leadership skills to lead Aneby HIRA, BBSO, Near Miss/Unsafe Condition programs. Also lead the Aneby Management of Change process: equipment installation / modifications, chemical/raw materials substitution, plant start-ups, capital projects.
  • You are the subject matter expert that will develop EHS awareness within the Aneby organization by regular communication through Lean meetings and awareness building activities deployed via Lean tools.
  • To use your knowledge to fulfill the Aneby EHS reporting requirements: collect, monitor and adequately report EHS and Sustainability KPI data.
  • To use your continuous improvement capabilities to establish and review the Aneby annual EHS improvement plans, set up objectives and targets on EHS matters.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a technical discipline (Safety, Hygiene, ergonomics).
  • Proven experience as an EHS Responsible or EHS co-ordinator at a manufacturing facility
  • Experience of ATEX processes and risk management
