Objetivo:

Apoyará en la gestión de procesos relacionados con el área de talento humano, contribuyendo al buen funcionamiento del departamento mediante tareas administrativas y operativas, así como colaborando en diversas actividades que favorezcan el desarrollo organizacional.

Estamos buscando estudiantes de las siguientes carreras:

• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas
• Licenciatura en Psicología
• afines

¿Cuáles serán tus actividades?

• Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal (Recibir candidatos, aplicar y calificar evaluación, investigaciones laborales, estudios médicos, armar expedientes)
• Impartir curso de Inducción.
• Controlar el listado de Aniversarios para la entrega de uniformes.
• Administrar información y documentos generales del departamento
• Entrega de cheques por finiquito
• Atender y Orientar al personal de acuerdo a sus dudas o necesidades.

     Requisitos:

• Buen manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Actitud proactiva, organizada y responsable.
• Mostrar empatía y tolerancia.
• Compromiso con la privacidad y manejo adecuado de la información.

Ubicación: Parque Industrial Monterrey, Apodaca, N.L

Horario: 8:00 am a 4:00pm
