Job Description:
- The primary mission of the role, as an integrated solution provider (project manager), is promoting and selling, including various go-to-market models aligned to market requirements, both SEE and strategic integration partner equipment/systems as well as services solutions to our customers, in close cooperation with the Food Packaging Sales Teams.
- It is critical within the role to strongly support the development and execution of the SEE™ Automation strategy for the Region in the Food segment and support the needs of the Sales Teams to promote Automation with the focus on equipment sales and profitability improvement.
- It is also crucial in the role to continuously develop the Sales Teams knowledge on integrated Equipment solutions, as well as maintain a broad perspective and in-depth understanding of the market, the competition, the key suppliers, the customers and the operating environment.
- The key objective is to achieve both the Equipment financial and operational results as well as achieving the Material sales objectives in the geographic area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Boost profitable growth in the Region, together and aligned with the Sales Teams, by delivering the Equipment AOP through top line sales growth and by generating new sources of revenue through the strong support of the development and the implementation of SEE™ Automated Solutions.
- Develop, design and drive the execution of automation and integrated equipment solutions based on concrete Business Cases that clearly address customer expectations and needs, project specifications and project scope. There should be a strong focus on optimizing customer's operations and solving critical customer challenges: labor, space, line and capital productivity.
- Drive ‘centralized’ preparation of automation and integrated equipment solution quotations/offers including value argumentation/financial analysis, negotiations and closing of customer projects together with the Sales Team.
- Manage integrated solutions equipment suppliers, which includes technical definitions, prices, contracts, formal agreements, purchasing, imports and customer invoicing.
- Collaboratively define and provide input to Marketing and I&D on critical customer needs and how to serve them better. Shepard new equipment and services solutions into the market and provide feedback to appropriate SEE stakeholders.
- Develop & boost new integrated solutions and Smart Services within SEE, with existing strategic partners, and by developing relationships with new strategic partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Engineering or comparable work experience
- Work Experience: 3-5 years in the food production industry or technical sales role
- Experience in technical equipment sales and services in the food processing industry, preferably protein food packaging equipment sales and services.
- Ability to meet technical challenges with creative and innovative solutions
- Excellent skills with commonly used Microsoft Office products
- Ability to follow directions, be self-directed and independent, and independently determine direction for necessary activities
- Ability to plan and organize activities and shift priorities as needed
- Experience and proficiency in 2D and 3D drawing and layouts
- Experience in leading people and teams
