Job Description

The Brand & Content Coordinator will help execute a robust pipeline of insight-driven content marketing campaigns targeted a wide variety of sectors and audiences in the packaging industry. The Brand & Content Coordinator will also support reach and customer engagement through the delivery of integrated, multitouch demand generation programs by working in partnership with Product & Regional Marketing and other disciplines. This role is primarily responsible for the creation and deployment of compelling content that drives buyer engagement through various digital channels including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising, mobile, and emerging online channels. Responsible for supporting repeatable, scalable demand generation programs for regional use. The success of this position will be measured in content performance metrics (site engagement, views, and downloads from online prospects, etc.) and in on-time percentage in hitting ambitious timelines for content delivery to support annual campaign objectives.  

 

Job Description Cont.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of integrated campaigns designed to increase web traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads, which could include blog and email writing, social media, photography, videography, polls, surveys, and presentations.
  • Responsible for working with regional marketing teams to support repeatable and scalable demand generation programs for regional use, and for supporting the creation and deployment of engaging content for global (translated) websites, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising, mobile, and investigating emerging channels. 
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications on planned external marketing campaigns and programs to provide support and execution on integrated marketing strategies.
  • Maximize marketing assets by contributing to and supporting social media tactics and ensure sufficient calls to action exist for prospective customers, including researching current trends and audience preferences.
  • Follow editorial content and style guide standards as directed to create impactful, credible written content that is appropriate for each channel.  
  • Enable and support proper brand usage with various groups and stakeholders.  
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, New Media or relevant field
  • 1-3 years digital marketing experience preferred, B2B or B2C
  • Experience writing for digital content marketing channels (social media, email, web, sponsored newsletters, blogs) strongly preferred.

  • Strong leadership, creativity, and planning/execution skills 
  • Intellectually curious, strong attention to detail, self-motivated 
  • Design experience preferred, but not required
