Position Summary
The Deal Entry Specialist will provide support to Selling Teams with a specific focus on price quotes and deals in Vendavo.
Job Description
- Vendavo Deal Manager – submit and renew deals for approval
- Maintain accurate pricing and eliminate inactive deviations
- Act as a liaison between the Rebate Team and Sales to assist in issue resolution, particularly related to missing deviations
- Upon completion of price updates, communicate to Sales/Distributors new pricing upon request
- Aid counterparts in managing workload demands
- Problem-solve pricing issues for Sales Reps / Customer Service / Distributors
- As required assist with projects
- Work closely with Sales Reps, Inside Sales, Channel Managers, Rebate Team, Deal Desk, and Portfolio Managers
- Provide Ad Hoc reports upon request

- Time Management- use processes, tools, techniques, and methods to increase productivity.

- Communication Skills- the ability to express thoughts succinctly- verbally and via email
Additional Qualifications
- Customer Service work experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience preferred in MS Office Suite, SAP, Vendavo
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
