Position Summary

The Deal Entry Specialist will provide support to Selling Teams with a specific focus on price quotes and deals in Vendavo.

Job Description

  • Vendavo Deal Manager –  submit and renew deals for approval
  • Maintain accurate pricing and eliminate inactive deviations
  • Act as a liaison between the Rebate Team and Sales to assist in issue resolution, particularly related to missing deviations
  • Upon completion of price updates, communicate to Sales/Distributors new pricing upon request
  • Aid counterparts in managing workload demands 
  • Problem-solve pricing issues for Sales Reps / Customer Service / Distributors
  • As required assist with projects
  • Work closely with Sales Reps, Inside Sales, Channel Managers, Rebate Team, Deal Desk, and Portfolio Managers
  • Provide Ad Hoc reports upon request

  • Leadership skills- Coaching, Decision Making
  • Time Management- use processes, tools, techniques, and methods to increase productivity.
  • Focused and sharp attention to Detail
  • Extremely organized
  • Self-motivated
  • Communication Skills- the ability to express thoughts succinctly- verbally and via email

Additional Qualifications

  • Customer Service work experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience preferred in MS Office Suite, SAP, Vendavo
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
