Job Summary


The Global E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, driving and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive offline-to-online purchases and new business through Sealed Air’s e-commerce channel. This role will be responsible for an intimate understanding of customer journeys and the ability to design and execute creative, iterative, campaigns to compel each customer type from awareness to online adoption to purchase to advocacy. This global marketing leader will be empowered by data insights to continually optimize spend and campaign tactics with a continuous test-and-learn mindset. 


This role will execute multi-channel attraction, onboarding, conversion, cross-sell, and retention campaigns primarily for customer segments in North America, but will also be responsible for building processes, management standards, and campaign playbooks that can then scale to other global regions in quick succession. 


In this role, you must be able to move swiftly from strategy to execution, to train and educate team members in digital marketing best practices, to achieve and exceed all measurable performance KPIs, and to enable quick pivots and decision making to maximize the return of each marketing program.  




  • Develop and execute multi-channel E-commerce marketing strategies for B2B and B2B2C segments to drive customer awareness, platform adoption, on-line purchase conversion, and long-term customer lifetime value. 
  • Manage and measure allocation and return on digital marketing spend across multiple P&Ls and regions. 
  • Create and embed global standards and best practices for E-commerce digital marketing processes, with an emphasis on training and upskilling of other marketing resources to perform in an iterative, agile SCRUM environment and a relentless test-and-learn/measure-and-adapt mentality. 
  • Proactively identify and prioritize new opportunities to increase online adoption and conversion rates. 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with brand, UX, marketing, sales, customer service, merchandising, and IT development teams to create campaigns and experiences that will compel conversion and create maximum customer lifetime loyalty and value. 




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 
  • 7-10 years of experience executing multi-channel B2B, B2B2C, or B2C e-commerce marketing programs either in-house with a mid to large corporation, or with an agency supporting large corporate clients. 
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals for e-commerce conversion at varying stages of platform maturity (experience with organizations that have undergone a digital business transformation to enable e-commerce strongly preferred). 
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing automation platforms (Marketo experience strongly preferred) 
  • Extensive experience managing promotional spend both in-house and through the use of third-party agencies for media buying and campaign activation. 
  • Experience with search engine optimization platforms (Conductor, Moz, SEMRush, etc.) 
  • Experience with email marketing platforms 
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP)
  • Experience working in an agile SCRUM environment
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from the metrics to inform current and future strategies 
  • Data-driven and creative, with ability to balance the two to achieve maximum results 
  • Highly collaborative team player with a passion for marketing, innovation and creative excellence 
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) 
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience working in a global environment 
  • High attention to detail
