Position Summary

SEE is hiring an Executive Compensation and Equity Manager to join our team!  The Executive Compensation and Equity Manager is an individual contributor and a key member of our global executive compensation team.   This role primarily is responsible for all aspects of stock plan administration and stock based compensation for our global equity plan.  Additional responsibilities include officer pay, annual and long-term incentives, and executive perquisite programs.

Job Description

•    Processing of all stock vestings and cash dividend distributions throughout the year and bulk transactions during the annual vesting in Q1.  Ensure data integrity, validating global tax rates and rebilling where applicable.
•    Taxation and Payroll: Auditing participant taxes and set up of taxes in stock administration system. Recording transactions appropriately on payroll templates and reconciling with stock administrator reports. 
•    Process all annual and off cycle equity grant and ensure accuracy throughout the process
•    Ownership of the monthly reconciliation process – responsible for analyzing the monthly equity reports and can reconcile between the equity vendor and finance partners
•    Research benchmarking data for all executive compensation programs and equity-based compensation, and assist in developing recommendations for review with the team 
•    Equity vendor data management – ensuring data integrity as it relates to all systems (HR Connect/HRCR/Equity Vendor)
•    Maintaining control tables and reporting of executive compensation and equity compensation programs using various systems
•    This role requires effective interfacing with key business partners in employee services, People Experience, payroll, accounting, tax, financial reporting, human resources, legal, and external vendors
•    This role will be the main point of contact as is relates to data management and data requests between our equity vendor and our other vendors where needed.
•    Involvement across the enterprise on all executive transactions (i.e. new hires, transfers, promotions, separations, special incentives)
•    Be a key contributor in the the annual proxy drafting and lead data collection with internal stakeholders.
•    Provides input and assistance during M&A activities

Qualifications

•    A Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant compensation experience is required either at a corporation or consulting firm with 2 years of direct executive compensation or equity administration experience.
•    Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookup/index and match and macros and pivot tables), PowerPoint (creating presentations, graphs and charts) 
•    Strong ability to learn and utilize different systems and programs
•    Experience with Fidelity systems preferred.
•    CECP, CEP, ECA or CCP Certification a plus.
•    Strict attention to detail while dealing with large amounts of data, and confidentiality required
•    The ability to work independently and change focus when needed while making regular progress on assigned projects
•    Ability to problem solve during month reconciliation between Equity vendor and accounting
•    Strong attention to detail and organization skills required
•    Clear executive presence and strong customer service orientation
