Job Summary


SEE is currently looking for a Brand Director to lead the company’s global branding efforts and center of expertise. 


This position will be critical to the company’s ongoing transformation and branding evolution. This leader will work across the company manage to the execution of SEE’s brand strategy and multi-year global branding effort. 


This role will be responsible for driving a refreshed brand methodology and position to strengthen the connectivity between brand and SEE wide business transformation, growth and marketing efforts. The lead will also be accountable for building a cohesive view of brand/s performance and validating and benchmarking brand value along the way. 




  • Global management of the company’s brand architecture and governance.
  • Support the company’s efforts to simplify its brand strategy—creating a better experience for key audiences
  • Own the brand center of expertise, and implement a vision, practices, processes, methodology and measurement for ensuring brands are aligned to SEEs positioning strategy and delivering outcomes.  
  • Attract, develop and inspire top talent, brand leaders, designers and creatives that can take SEE’s brand to a new level.  
  • Guide brand measurement, testing and benchmarking, and enhance brand awareness, value and impact and the company’s overall reputation.
  • Partner with business leaders, marketers and other internal stakeholders to architect strategies that uniquely position and differentiate SEE's businesses, workplace and ultimately the brand.
  • Partner with the web, social media, employer brand teams to deploy a brand strategy across our channels and platforms and ensure the brand translates with all of our audiences. 
  • Collaborate on vision, messaging and strategy around brand campaigns and executing them in a results-driven manner. 
  • Manage resources to ensure investments and activities are aligned with strategic priorities, activated with the right budget at the right time.
  • Manage a future state brand PMO and network of specialist vendors and creative contractors to supplement the expertise and capacity of the internal team.




  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, PR, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10 plus years of brand strategy experience and leading a global multi-level team of cross-discipline creatives and brand strategists. 
  • Proven track record of leading successful brand strategies and engagements for world-class B2B brands –inclusive of audiences that span wide functions and geographies.
  • Persuasive written and verbal communicator and presenter with experience partnering with the C-Suite. 
  • Must be a passionate advocate for brand, change and teamwork to help the organize and connect the brand promise, purpose and impact as business drivers.
  • Clear understanding of trademark law and its impact on a public company’s reputation, trademark portfolio, and operating procedures.
  • Excellent program management skills and proven experience in multi-year deployments that require stakeholder management across marketing, sales and corporate functions. 
  • Ability to think outside of the box and challenge the team to push the boundaries.
  • Uses qualitative and quantitative data to help drive and support overall brand decisions, as well as measure brand campaign effectiveness.
