  • Provides support for L&D programs by managing all coordination and administration tasks for specific programs
  • Sets up, manages, and monitors courses and programs in the LMS (SuccessFactors); manages participants' enrollments/cancellations; keeps administrative information up to date.
  • Administers participant communications pre-, during, and post-programs, including but not limited to pre-work, ongoing communications & marketing, customer service, and course evaluations.
  • Problem-solves coordination and LMS issues; recommends solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinates with the third-party program vendors responsible for delivering L&D programs and serves as the point of contact for coordinating MSAs, SOWs, POs, and invoicing.
  • Serves as the role of "Producer" during virtual learning sessions in support of the Facilitator
  • Serves as "Tier 1" main point of contact for assigned programs. Manages L&D in-boxes, triages participant questions, handles participant issues and complaints, escalating when appropriate.
  • Responsible for managing and scheduling all necessary course components for effective delivery through in-house and third-party partners.
  • Maintains Program SharePoint and TEAMs sites, updating the repository of resources.
  • Reports To: Global Manager of Learning & Development


  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources Development, or related field, or equivalent of education, training, and relevant work experience required
  • 1-2 years' experience in training and development program coordination preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience with learning management systems 
  • Experience planning, organizing, securing, and managing L&D project resources preferred
  • Experience coordinating virtual meetings/classrooms across multiple geographies/time-zones
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
  • Outstanding digital skills/mindset
  • Strong organizational & planning skills; Detail-oriented
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict
  • Results-oriented and proactive
  • Ability to make high-quality, timely decisions
  • Familiarity with L&D best practices and adult learning principles
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings to accommodate global time zones and business needs
