Job Description

 

We are growing rapidly to support the transformational change and disruption happening in the industries we serve. As a result, we are looking for skilled and driven marketers to help support a more customer-centric organization. If you are well versed in marketing strategy, value chain analysis and business model development, this is the job for you. You will have the opportunity to build out this capability in our organization and make it your own, while having high visibility throughout our entire organization doing it. This role will best position the organization for global growth and expansion. The successful candidate will possess a willingness to take on challenging problems, leverage deep industry insight to define our strategic innovation priorities and communicate business plans in a meaningful way so that key stakeholders and leadership can understand and act upon it. 

 

  • Define and own Sealed Air’s strategy and approach for new market development and entry, including complex business requirements. Creates concrete business cases and builds consensus around a strategic vision.
  • Identify new opportunity spaces and emerging technologies to facilitate the development of new products and platforms.
  • Prepare revenue and cost models with projections, identifying future profitability and value generated by the new venture.
  • Identify, assess and design potential new business models, including seeking new opportunities for business model innovation.
  • Develop strategic roadmap, ensuring everyone has clear transparency and visibility to the overall global plan, products and initiatives.
  • Work with Regions to establish initial sales pipeline and build relationships with potential customers and/or partners.
     
Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years’ experience and MBA preferred.
  • You have a background in both B2C and B2B marketing
  • You are well-versed in driving white space analysis, new business models, and financial analysis.
  • You have experience driving innovation and strategic market development in both mature and emerging economies—executing your vision and ultimately exceeding revenue goals.
  • You have the ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of your time.
  • Experience within food, beverage and/or packaging industries a plus, but not required.
