Job Summary

The Implementation Lead (IL) for the Corporate Function is responsible for development and management of deployment plans to realize business value by achieving measurable objectives and key results.  The IL plays a critical role in the translation of multi-year, business-oriented roadmaps into discrete investments and associated deployment plans.  Deployment plans ensure appropriate framing and scoping during the proposal phase, evaluation of performance metrics during value creation activities, enabling and influencing adjustments, and establishing implementation plans to realize the targeted value.  


The IL will use Agile principles and methodology to continually assess work in progress against emerging opportunities to exploit value creation as early as possible.  


The role is primarily focused on Corporate Function capability areas.  The Implementation Lead reports to a Value Realization Leader. The Implementation Lead partners with a corresponding IT Solutions Technical Lead.  Transparency and a seamless flow of information between the two roles is critical for individual and team success.  Selfless service and servant leadership values are of paramount importance.  The role will focus on a targeted set of capability areas within a given business-oriented domain of practice.  The Implementation Lead reports to a Value Realization Leader.



  • In partnership with Initiative Sponsors, develop and manage performance against measurable Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
  • Development of implementation plans to realize the benefits of the created value.  Evaluate and adjust implementation plans and activities as necessary.
  • Drive improvement of Agile planning and delivery concepts to create a continuous stream of value creation
  • Develop communication plans to ensure and drive transparent, timely, and action-oriented decisions at all levels of stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee appropriate change management activities to optimize adoption of new and enhanced features.  This includes but is not limited to training activities, communication and impact assessments.
  • Conduct impact assessment of the Initiative on ongoing business operations and ensure readiness and acceptance of these changes
  • Assess, evaluate, mitigate and communicate risk throughout the work lifecycle.
  • Ensure appropriate definition of work charters to include objectives and key performance indicators for targeted capability areas and processes.
  • Ensure measurement plans exist and that baseline performance measurements are captured at the onset of work, at deployment and at future dates as necessary to evaluate outcomes.  Aspire to automate measurement activities whenever possible.
  • Monitor, evaluate and optimize work budgets to improve value as measured by Value to Cost ratio.
  • Ensure budgets are reflected within implementation plans (How is money spent to realize the target outcome)
  • Lead Portfolio reviews within area of accountability, participate in Corporate Portfolio Reviews and communicate delivered value.

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5+ years hands on project management experience required.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated program management experience across multiple IT projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels within our organization together with excellent presentation skills 
  • Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment and remain appropriately detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR, Legal, Compliance and/or Finance project portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more project planning tools, up to portfolio management through Agile methodologies. (Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience leading risk management plans.
  • Ability to excel in ambiguous business situations by adapting plans and approach.
  • Sound problem resolution, negotiation, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in working across a diverse cultural organization.
  • Experienced in managing multi regional projects.
