Job Description

Our Global Marketing team is expanding and we are looking for a strategic Integrated Marketing Manager to partner with our global leads to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth!  If you’re an experienced marketeer with a passion for strategy and data-driven decisions.


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies and oversee management of multiple campaigns – with a focus on driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
  • Drive strong performance across a variety of integrated marketing campaigns – constantly refining communications across the consumer lifecycle. 
  • Define KPIs for integrated marketing programs and establish growth targets.
  • Establish close relationships, transparent communications, and provide ongoing direction and governance in integrated marketing programs for commercial and regional teams. Collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners in a highly matrixed organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing department, either in-house with a mid to large corporation, or with an agency supporting corporate clients
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies & platforms
  • Experience with digital marketing automation platforms (Marketo experience preferred)
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with search engine optimization platforms (Conductor, Moz, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from the metrics to inform current and future strategies
  • Data-driven and creative, with ability to balance the two to achieve maximum results
  • Highly collaborative team player with a passion for marketing, innovation and creative excellence
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • High attention to detail
