Position Summary:


SEE Digital is the largest driving force to Sealed Air's global transformation, which will reposition the way we conduct business internally and externally, by innovating digital product offerings and digital experiences for years to come! 


The CX and Digital Transformation team is brand new to SEE! We are looking for a forward-thinker to be a day one impactor, helping stand-up the digital strategy across our eCommerce products by bringing all the little pieces together and unifying one large picture to drive growth and continuity to our digital standards to continue to deliver meaningful digital experiences across the globe!

Reporting to the Executive Director, Digital CX and Transformation Strategy, as the Digital Strategy Manager, you will analyze user experience data, initiate digital projects, report on current strategies, and lead cross department digital business planning and execution. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating deeper connectivity between business objectives and digital services and platforms to accelerate top line growth and bottom-line efficiencies.

How You Will Impact:


  • Leverage broad business and digital subject matter expertise to design digital solutions that align with strategic objectives, support business growth goals and delivery efficiency gains     to reduce costs while improving the experience for our customers.
  • Build and manage the digital strategy, functional insight, and operating models setting the digital agenda for the strategic planning period.
  • Lead strategy and planning processes integrating business connectivity, digital technology, and operating models.  
  • Own business case development and cross functional alignment on key initiatives. 
  • Leverage comprehensive data models to tell a story, effectively present and influence senior leaders on innovative digital solution recommendations.
  • Initiate, drive, and accelerate digital business projects managing resources, budgets, and project standards.
  • Set KPIs and OKRs coordinating with internal analytics teams to measure initial project impact and establish ongoing reporting cadence to track digital performance. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, IT) to design and develop go-to-market plans for existing and new products and services.
  • Work across teams to build financial assessments and effects on top line growth targets.
  • Assist in developing Sealed Air’s strategic approach to eCommerce and transactional capabilities.   
  • Advise internal stakeholders on the digital journey and key influencing factors in the context of commercial awareness, digital technology, and data.

Experiences and Skills for Success:


  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent relevant business experience. Masters degree is a plus but not required.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, analytics, digital assets, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven understanding of customer journey and behaviors & expectations to invest in technology.
  • Previous experience developing eCommerce programs and go-to-market strategies. Proven leadership ability with the ability to coach, develop others, and lead by influence. 
  • Experience in leading and building a change culture with stakeholder management and buy-in with effective communication. 
  • Demonstrate proven experience in strategy planning, business case development, and impact assessments.
  • Ability to think and execute at both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability with strong understanding of presenting complex cost benefit analysis to obtain buy in from senior leaders. 
  • Experience delivering data and/or digital based solutions that have a direct impact on customer experience and company growth targets.
  • Strong skills in conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research and turning the results into actional recommendations.
  • Proven results focusing on quality delivery and delighting customers; holds self to high standards of delivery.
  • Collaborative team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization.
