Sealed Air is committed to inspiring a caring, high-performance growth culture.  As Manager, Global Talent Management, you will play a key role in shaping Sealed Air’s future talent priorities in support of that culture and in collaboration with the rest of the Global Talent Management team.  Our team is dedicated to creating world-class talent processes that make Sealed Air a premier talent destination where we engage and develop our employees to reach their fullest potential.  You will have the opportunity to get your hands into many exciting processes and programs including global talent review and succession planning, creation of an internal talent marketplace where we strongly promote internal talent movement, the next evolution of performance management which incorporates meaningful feedback and ongoing development, employee engagement surveys/initiatives and the launch of an inclusive, employee driven mentoring program.  Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Management, you will collaborate with a vibrant and global People (HR) community which includes business partners (Talent Leaders) and other Centers of Excellence (COE’s) including Total Rewards, HR Technology, Global Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Change Management.


What are the key deliverables for this role?


  • Leading and managing the execution of organization-wide, core talent processes in partnership with Director, Global Talent Management, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement surveys and the integration of emerging talent-related SAP SuccessFactors capability.
  • Ensuring that talent management processes and programs support business needs and priorities and serve as catalysts for promoting an end-to-end world class and inclusive employee experience. 
  • Creating and maintaining technology solutions that move our talent management processes forward.
  • Launching and overseeing the newly created global mentoring program, promoting ongoing training of mentors and mentees, and measuring the impact and satisfaction of the program.
  • Developing high-impact reporting for key stakeholders that provides line of sight into talent management activities; leveraging data to determine appropriate actions and/or solutions to optimize performance, promote adoption of inclusive practices, and achievement of business outcomes.
  • Building and executing employee engagement surveys, providing survey support and expertise on interpretation of results and action planning to ultimately improve the employee experience.
  • Driving and managing the creation of communication and training materials for HR partners, global people managers and all employees to improve understanding, adoption and change management of talent initiatives.
  • Benchmarking talent management approaches and building a strong network with peers inside and outside the organization to continuously evaluate and enhance talent processes and drive business outcomes.



This ideal candidate will have...


  • 5-7 years of progressive global human resources experience within talent management, talent planning and/or talent development
  • Demonstrated success translating business strategy into innovative talent solutions for a large multi-national corporation
  • Strong subject matter expertise in designing and implementing best-in-class talent management programs, approaches, and systems (Success Factors preferred
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to manage the delivery of multiple, high quality, on-time programs in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly matrixed environment
  • Strong experience manipulating and analyzing data to glean key insights, and the ability to determine and synthesize data into successful programs and talent/business outcomes
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in cross functional environment, including senior leaders in the business
