Job Summary
This role will be responsible for partnering with the Global Strategic Marketing team to provide timely and insightful analytics presented in a compelling manner to highlight the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The reporting will be used to assess the current state of our marketing programs and highlight areas that are both over and under performing so that corrective actions may be taken on a timely basis.
The ideal candidate must possess Digital Marketing and eCommerce knowledge that will be foundational in the development of relevant and effective performance reporting. This position will become a key facilitator of our transition into a data-driven culture. This individual must be adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive on results-oriented delivery. They must work well across the organization with cross functional team members to be able to connect and leverage data in the development of insightful analytics. Basic financial acumen is a plus.
The position reports directly to the Global Marketing Operations Leader and will be based at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute an analytics/reporting strategy with a key focus on marketing campaign effectiveness and overall platform performance.
- Partner with multiple teams to understand and leverage existing analytical platforms like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.
- Ensure a working knowledge of all business KPIs and metrics, how they are tracked and reported in our systems
- Understand and actively monitor digital tags to be able to pull the right data from our systems for the proper reporting to drive decision making
- Participate in analytics architecture and software development activities with the Digital Growth & Experience team
- Design reporting, maintain and distribute to key stakeholders as business need dictate
- Translate a vision into tactical execution to deliver results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, statistics, marketing, or a related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in digital/marketing/eCommerce analytics
- Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization reporting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management and attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities to identify issues and self-start programs to address
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
