Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Analyst - Pricing Process, Systems & Audit. Collaborating with others, you'll develop comprehensive pricing analytics, forecasts, and intuitive dashboards. Your role will involve partnering with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams and their leaders to craft data models, forecasts, and PowerBI Dashboards, all while establishing yourself as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projects and initiatives. In this position, you'll also be responsible for identifying synergy opportunities between our Protective and Food packaging business units, all while showcasing your communication and leadership presentation skills. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing analytics tools to inform stakeholders of key performance indicators and enable informed business decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in pricing systems (SAP/Vendavo/PowerBI) in both the creation of key tools and supporting internal customers.
  • Collaborate with all levels of leadership on analytics and strategy development, including the implementation and explanation of analytics.
  • Represent the Pricing team on cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Provide in-depth analysis for Deal Management decisions, both proactively and reactively. This includes making pricing decisions, measuring future impact, and handling all pricing ad hoc requests in support of Sales & Marketing. Provide training to other analysts as needed.
  • Be responsible for tracking, analyzing mass price changes, and supporting cross-functional teams with proactive decision-making and postmortem analytics.
  • Build price reports for Deal Compliance, Price Evolution, Impact Analysis, and other pricing-related analyses.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of a concept from the high-level strategy and vision through to realization.
  • Lead ad-hoc and monthly pricing analytics efforts.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Pricing with all Audit-related inquiries and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or another relevant field. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance, pricing analytics or related business field. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience in Vendavo 
  • Experience in SAP PowerBI Dashboards 
  • Experience in Alteryx 
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze information with specific experience in pricing analyses preferred.  
  • Experience with Category Management and Portfolio Management. 
  • Experience with managing and analyzing Pricing and using pricing systems.  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products. 
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities aligned with corporate goals and customer constraints
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, team-focused, results-driven, and intellectually curious
