Job Summary


The Senior Manager of Change Management and Culture Communications is responsible for supporting major transformational and change related efforts at Sealed Air. This position will focus on change management planning for the company’s priority initiatives aimed at driving a people first, purpose fueled culture.


The role will require strong strategic, tactical and project management skills, and an understanding of how communications can support culture and organizational change. In this capacity, this position will develop programs, messaging and content for a variety of audiences including employees and potential employees.


The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable and thrives working in ambiguous and fast-moving environments. This role supports multiple projects and collaborates with various cross-functional teams. Key stakeholders include Sealed Air’s Culture Council, HR, Talent Attraction and IT.




  • Leads the change management strategy and planning for a number of change initiatives across Sealed Air including Leadership and Career Development and a company-wide business transformation initiative. 
  • Creates and supports strategic communications plans and change management programs designed to improve the organization’s response to change and maximize employee engagement and minimize employee resistance.
  • Manages key activations, communications and content under Sealed Air’s Culture Campaign. 
  • Helps drive Sealed Air’s newly formed Change Management COE. 
  • Writes and delivers key communications support materials, job aids and talking points to ensure consistent implementation of changes in all areas of the business.
  • Works closely with the global communications team members to identify, maintain and optimize communication channels to facilitate successful communications delivery for all programs. 
  • Provides regular reports on the overall tactical execution and progress toward change goals and deliverables.
  • Monitors, analyzes and measures the overall success of all major change management activities. 




  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Organizational Development / Industrial Psychology, or similar area of study.
  • 5+ years’ experience with the design and delivery of change plans including strategic communications. 
  • Proven project management experience in change initiatives.  
  • Awareness and application of communications and change management best practices.
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complex issues and subject matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders and influence without authority 
  • Curious and flexible and ability to adapt to change with eagerness and resilience




  • Professional change management certification. 
  • Experience developing communications plans and messages for global and multi-language audiences.
  • Consulting experience a plus
