Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Investor Relations will work closely with SEE’s leadership team to communicate its strategy and financial results to investors and sell-side analysts, with the goal of retaining and attracting long term institutional investors in SEE stocks. He or she will provide support in the quarterly earnings process, analyzing sell-side models, maintaining competitive business intelligence, and managing investor communications through various financial conferences, roadshows, and events.

- Superb organizational and planning skills
Job Description
- Prepare and maintain updates to investor communication materials, including earnings scripts, presentation decks, and Q&A documents
- Manage IR calendar, organization and logistics of earnings calls and investor conferences
- Collaborate with CFO and FLT to create and align earnings guidance, and messaging around quarterly business and competitive developments
- Participate in post earnings follow-up calls with analysts and investors to answer questions regarding the company
- Maintain consensus model by analyzing sell-side reports
- Provide market intelligence during earnings seasons by synthesizing earnings release materials from peer companies, customers, and suppliers
- Monitor analyst reports and provide feedback to management on Street perceptions
- Assist in developing relationships with investors and the sell-side community and in educating them about the company’s strategy, financial position, and long-term goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting required, CPA, CFA or MBA a plus
- 6-8 years of work experience in finance or related fields
- Top notch skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency with financial reporting systems, e.g. HFM, Power BI
- Familiarity with IR databases (Thomson, Bloomberg) and similar platforms
- U.S. public company experience preferred
