Job Summary


We are growing rapidly to support the transformational change and disruption happening in the industries we serve. As a result, we are looking for skilled and driven marketers to help support a more customer-centric organization. If you are well versed in marketing strategy and new business models, this is the job for you. You will have the opportunity to build out this capability in our organization and make it your own, while having high visibility throughout our entire organization doing it. The key for this position is a willingness to take on challenging problems, leverage deep industry insight to define our strategic innovation priorities and communicate business plans in a meaningful way so that key stakeholders and leadership can understand and act upon it. 




  • Get a deep understanding of the value chain, industry economics and competitive structures to be able to develop strategies to monetize data analytics capabilities.
  • Identifying opportunity spaces and emerging technologies to facilitate the development of new products and platforms. Perform journey mapping, gather marketing intelligence to inform the marketing strategies for platforms.  Generating and formalizing strategy, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the value chain, industry economics and competitive structures.
  • Provide in-depth equipment and automation marketing expertise to help create the right capabilities in partnership with the solution platforms
  • Ensure each solution platform properly embeds equipment to create an integrated value proposition
  • Drive equipment penetration across market segments
  • Identify commercial opportunities for connected systems 
  • Establish equipment pricing models to deliver long term revenue growth
  • Manage external partner relationships
  • In alignment with solution platforms - develop solution specific go-to-market plans / campaigns (incl. where to play, how to win, revenue and GP trajectory)
  • Conduct product level development that drives consistency across regions
  • Convene stakeholders as marketing liaison to drive alignment across, Finance, Supply Chain, I&D




  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Admin, Marketing or related field of study.
  • Advanced degree is a plus preferred. 
  • 5+ years’ of directly related work experience in marketing of automation equipment or software as a service. 
  • Previous experience with B2C and B2B marketing, including value chain analysis, buyer journey mapping and integrated campaign strategy.
  • Experience in SaaS, IOT or monetizing service for the industrial markets is a plus.




  • You are well-versed in driving new business models, financial analysis and can bring a unique perspective to the team. 
  • You have experience driving innovation and strategic market development in both mature and emerging economies—executing your vision and ultimately exceeding revenue goals. 
  • You are self-motivated. 
  • You embrace the idea of diving headfirst into projects and are comfortable with finding the solution as you go along. You have bias for action and results. 
  • You are not afraid to speak your mind – you continually suggest new ideas or ways to improve on old ideas or processes. 
  • You take ownership and initiative in everything you do with limited supervision and thrive working as part of cross-functional teams. 
  • You are highly entrepreneurial, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and don’t mind a constantly evolving job where you can determine what you do next. 
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, such as consensus building, decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • You thrive presenting your work and delivering insight.
