Job Summary

 

We are growing rapidly to support the transformational change and disruption happening in the industries we serve. As a result, we are looking for skilled and driven marketers to help support a more customer-centric organization. If you are well versed in marketing strategy and new business models, this is the job for you. You will have the opportunity to build out this capability in our organization and make it your own, while having high visibility throughout our entire organization doing it. The key for this position is a willingness to take on challenging problems, leverage deep industry insight to define our strategic innovation priorities and communicate business plans in a meaningful way so that key stakeholders and leadership can understand and act upon it.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Admin, Marketing or related field of study.
  • Advanced degree is preferred. 
  • 5+ years of directly related work experience in electronics, automotive, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or packaging industries preferred.
  • Previous experience with B2C and B2B marketing, including value chain analysis, buyer journey mapping and integrated campaign strategy.
  • Experience working with and driving new product development projects/programs. 
  • Remote position possible with travel in the 25% range.
