¿Qué harás como Senior Cost Analyst en Sealed Air?
Serás la persona responsable del análisis detallado de costos e inventarios de nuestra planta en Juárez. En este rol, no estarás enfocado en ingresos o P&L completos, sino en comprender a fondo los costos de manufactura, sus variaciones y los factores que impactan el gasto total de la planta. Trabajarás de la mano con operaciones, cadena de suministro y finanzas globales, generando información clave para la toma de decisiones.
¿Por qué te necesitamos?
- Analizar profundamente las variaciones de costos de manufactura (materiales, precios de compra, eficiencia, scrap, etc.).
- Interpretar desviaciones respecto al estándar y brindar explicaciones claras del origen de los cambios.
- Validar y monitorear el comportamiento de inventario y activos fijos.
- Apoyar la construcción de presupuestos y forecast relacionados a gastos de planta y manufactura.
- Participar en revisiones de capital, presupuestos y gasto operativo, brindando soporte financiero a proyectos locales.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con políticas corporativas de control financiero.
- Trabajar con herramientas tecnológicas como Excel avanzado y ERPs (Sightline, SAP, Dynamics, etc.) para extraer y analizar datos.
- Colaborar con equipos globales para compartir mejores prácticas y dar visibilidad a la información crítica de planta.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?
- Conocimiento sólido en contabilidad de costos aplicada a manufactura.
- Inglés avanzado conversacional (reporta a USA)
- Dominio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos).
- Experiencia en variaciones de costos y análisis de desviaciones en planta.
- Manejo de algún ERP (Sightline, SAP, Dynamics u otro similar).
