Job Description
The Rollstock Sales Specialist will assist in technical support, sales and growth of a $50 million rollstock business centered around the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area.
- Provide Sales and Technical Support to six sales territories located in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico.
- Analyze rollstock material performance on customer equipment and make recommendations and machine adjustments to improve performance
- Quantify and communicate Cryovac Brand Packaging rollstock value to our customers.
- Be the liaison for the Marketing and R&D organizations relative to communicating new programs, products and information to the field.
- Grow sales in the established territory according to yearly objectives.
- Prospect for opportunities in existing and new accounts to drive sales growth.
- Identify, execute and quantify value actions for key accounts.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management platform to drive collaboration and sales and profitability growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a packaging emphasis and two plus years field experience OR five plus years in the packaging or food industry with a rollstock and technical emphasis
- Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with customers, internal support staff and the field support organization
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel 25+%
- Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Google Apps, CRM
- Covid vaccine
